Understanding ACEs
This presentation introduces ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) it dives into the history, data collected and the effects that ACEs have on the individuals and those around them. We will talk about recognizing signs and symptoms as well as reframing how we look at trauma and behavior.

Including looking at different types of relationships including friendships, romantic relationships and professional (safe adults, teacher coaches’ strangers) Signs to look out for building and maintain healthy relationships. Who you can talk to if you suspect you or a friend is in an abusive relationship.

Dangers of Vaping
Taking a look at the effects that vaping has on our bodies, the things we enjoy and our lives. This presentation will go over what a vape is made of, how it effects the body and mind of youth as well as a brief overview of Cannabis Vapes. We will take a look at the potential consequences of being caught with a vape and the options that are available to you should you get caught and decide to quit. This presentation holds valuable information for youth and facts that can sometimes be hard to come by.
Signs of Suicide
This presentation discusses the signs/symptoms of suicide and how you can help others who are thinking of dying by suicide. In this presentation we will also go over what you should do if someone discloses to you that they have a plan to harm themselves.

Conflict Resolution
This presentation discusses the various types of conflicts and strategies to help solve them. This training helps raise your awareness of your own approach to conflict and how to learn to respond instead of react to conflict and uncomfortable situations.
Work Force Development
This is a week to two-week long workshop which allows youth the opportunity to learn about entering the workforce, what to look for, how to put together a resume and a chance to practice skills to help them as they begin looking for jobs and getting into the workforce. We also incorporate a mock job interview with feedback.
Problem Solving
This presentation explains areas in which you can run into problems in your life and how problem solving is an important skill to have. In addition, this training explains the various steps to problem solve. This training is also incorporated into our workforce development training for youth.
Goal Setting
This presentation explains what goals are and how to set SMART goals. Used in part with our workforce development training this presentation breaks down and explains the importance of goal setting and the different ways that you can go about using this tool to better serve and organize your life.
Substance Abuse Prevention
Taking a look at substance misuse, what it is, why and how it can happen, and how we can help to prevent the misuse of substances.
Naloxone Training
This presentation takes you through what an opioid is, the current climate of opioid use and deaths and we will go over how to use Naloxone. Which is a medication that is able to reverse an opioid overdose. You will learn what Narcan (naloxone) is and how to use it if you find yourself with someone who has overdosed on and opioids.
Community Connectedness
If you are looking to build community and sustainability among your group this training is for you. We take a look at what it means to be a community and team, go over ways to build trust and a strong relationship within your group.
Intro to Understanding Substances
A brief overview of what substance misuse is, how to recognize it and addiction. We will discuss what addiction is gain an understanding of recognizing when addiction and substance misuse is present.
Enthusiasm & Attitude
This training explains the importance of enthusiasm and attitude in every area of your life. As well as tips to help build these skills in your life. This presentation is also used with the workforce development training.
Peer Mediation
This is designed for 4th / 5th graders to build listening and leadership skills; to understand conflict and to feel comfortable intervening in conflict between peers in a private, safe manner.
